Deralok HPP is located at the Greater Zab River section where 20 km south of the Turkish Border. The area is reached from Dohuk – Deralok road. Project area is located close to town Al-Ahmedia, approximately 1.5 km upstream from the Deralok village. The area is within the borders of Dohuk Governorate, Amedy district.
