The Project is located on the Karasu River within the boundary of Erzincan province, in the east of Turkey.
Kemah Dam and HEPP Project is planned to develop 100m gross head on the Firat River. The project consists of two phases, a dam with a head of 71 m in the Euphrates valley on the upstream side and a second facility (River Type Hydroelectric Power House) to utilize the remaining 29 m head down 8km from this dam.

- Preparation of Engineering Geology Report
- Value Engineering Report
- Basic Design (Tender Drawings)
- FIDIC based tender documents preparation for Civil, H/M and E/M works
- Reservoir Operation studies for both Pump Storage and Conventional Powerhouse options
- Preparation of Tender Documents (drawings, specifications and reports) for pump storage alternative based on the abovementioned Value Engineering Report
