Consulting services for Rehabilitation of Mahipar and Sarobi HPPs. The Mahipar & Sarobi Hydropower houses are on the Kabul River to the east of Kabul, and provide a significant portion of the mid and peak power for the Kabul area, particularly during the winter months.

- Management of the supply and service contracts (checking and approving suppliers/contractors/documents)
