Özlüce HPP is located within Erzurum Province, İspir
County. It is designed to develop power potential of
Çapans creek waters. Water diverted from Çapans creek by Özlüce weir and conveyed to Özlüce HPP via 521.69m long T1 tunnel, 116.22m long cut-and-cover tunnel-1, 4,063.77m long T2 tunnel, 769.81m cut-cover-tunnel-2 and approximately 850m long penstock respectively.
