
This is the FIRST HEPP Project Owned by Turkish Investors Abroad.
Georgia’s facility, built on the Paravani River in Samstkhe – Javakheti Province, transfers 3/4 of the produced energy to Turkey, following a special agreement signed between Turkey and Georgia. All engineering and consultancy services from the Feasibility stage to the commissioning of Paravani HEPP Facilities, which is a Build-Operate-Transfer Project licensed by the Georgian Ministry of Energy, were performed by Hidro Dizayn.
