This is a hydroelectric project on the Göksu river in Adana, licensed by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources with the build-operate-transfer model. The height of the roller compacted concrete dam is 69 m from the foundation and its crest length is 115 m. The energy tunnel is 4 m in diameter and 3,231 m in length. The power plant is a semi-embedded structure and contains two vertical axis Francis turbines, each with an installed power of 14.73 MW. With a total installed power of 29.46 MW, a gross head of 73.45 m, and a flow rate of 51 m³/s, it can produce a total of 113.14 GWh of energy annually. The project, the construction of which started on 15.10.2007, was commissioned on 14.09.2012 and is still in operation since this date.
